The martial arts arm of Markaz OUJ Performance, teaching in Federal B Area since 2009. Four disciplines, one matted floor, and coaches who have competed themselves. Beginners are welcome any day of the week, and the first class is free.
Train one or cross between them on the same membership. Open any of these for what a session actually involves, who it suits, and what you need to bring.
Swipe to see all four.
Nobody is thrown into sparring on day one, and nobody is asked to sign anything before they have trained. This is the actual sequence.
Timings hold through the year. During Ramadan the evening classes move later and we post the revised board a week ahead.
Taekwondo grades are tested by our own panel three times a year. Nobody is promoted on attendance — you go up when the panel says the form is there. Boxing, kickboxing and MMA have no belt ladder; progress there is measured in rounds.
Coaches, black belts and medallists from the Markaz family. Open a name to see their grade, their record and where they teach.
