Day one. No experience assumed and nothing to prove — the belt marks a start, not a level.
Stance, guard and basic blocks. Learning to hold a position before learning to break one.
No form required yet. Attention goes to bowing, terminology and mat discipline.
Awarded on joining. The first real test comes at the end of your first cycle.
Syllabus follows the World Taekwondo / Kukkiwon gup system. Time on each belt depends on attendance and batch — confirm the current cycle with your coach or on WhatsApp.
